Shipping Policy:
Please allow 1 to 3 business days for us to dispatch your order. All orders will be shipped by
Australia Post and will incur a shipping fee, as selected at checkout. If you require express
shipping, please select the express option at the checkout for an additional fee.
You will receive an email with your order number upon purchase and a tracking number
upon shipment.
For Domestic shipping within Australia. Please refer to
https://auspost.com.au/content/dam/auspost_corp/media/documents/domestic-parcels-delivery-estimator.pdf for approximate delivery timeframes within Australia. Posiesox will not be held accountable for any shipping delays caused by Australia Post or other third parties.

Return & Exchange Policy:
Please contact posiesox@gmail.com with your name, order number for any
concerns regarding exchange or refund requests. Posiesox do not offer refunds on change of mind.
If there are any quality imperfections within your order Posiesox will gladly offer you an exchange or a
refund. Posiesox do however implement quality checks prior to shipping any items out. Please note this
does not include general wear and tear. If for any reason you wish to exchange an item, please note
Posiesox has a 15 day exchange policy from the date you receive your order. The item must be unused,
undamaged and in their original packaging. Once we receive the item, we will
inspect it and process an exchange within 5-7 business days.
Please note the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs including exchange
requests; unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. If you prefer an exchange
instead of a refund, please let us know and we will be happy to assist you.
